I dont know what to do!?

ok i have liked this guy for a couple weeks now... he makes me laugh so hard and wicked nice to me friday he won skittles and gave them to me. i am thinking of asking him out tomorrow. my friend was gonna say to him o i heard a rumor that i like him and that he should ask me out and that wed look cute together and stuff...would that be the best way? or how else should i ask him out?
