Why would a dealer undersell 2009 Toyota Yari $8800.00 only 12,000 mi?

Dealer is asking only $8800.00 for Yari 12,000 miles in KC. Why would it be so cheap? 2-4 thousand under others I looked at. Supposed to test drive soon, what should I ask? Thanks!!
