Is it legal to change my name to Hellsing?

Not "Helsing" but "Hellsing". I'm aware of the trademark on the Hellsing anime / manga series, and I run a small business. If I changed my family name to Hellsing, would it be legal to print my work and have my name on the cover, or would this be infringement?
