Why are there so many people believing that global warming is man-made, or even real?

I'm not saying that we shouldn't reduce, reuse, and recycle, but how many of us actually believe the crap Al Gore's put out there with his "global warming" scare? Do you believe that's he's right in saying that global warming is all man-made? In my opinion, it's a cycle, just like the ice age was, and it isn't as bad as Al Gore's made it out to be. He's set to become the world's first carbon billionaire- I think that when he was attempting to scare the USA into "going green" before the ozone layer "vanished", he was thinking less of the American people and more of his wallet.So what's your opinion on Al Gore? Do you think that global warming really is an Inconvenient Truth- or just another way for yet another crooked politician to get money?
