Ugg question? are they fakes?

i just orderd a pair of uggs (tall chocolate) from this website , us-uggsoutlet.com. so i didnt get them from the real store, when they came, the suede felt kinda rough and the fur didnt feel like real sheepskin, but it came in the real ugg box with the certificates and everything. are they fakes or not? and they also have the manufactured by ugg tag inside them. please help!
