Should we blame africans for not developing?

really it's not the majorities fault, highly educated graduates from different universities all over Africa finishes school and there is no job even the capital to start something like a small business is not available and banks want to know if u will be able to pay back to before you're giving loans. yet minorities hold majority of the wealth and you say there will be no crime or whatsoever.Man are born to be hustlers they will always find a way to make ends meat. i think the all youths all over africa should speak up and get those old incompetent leaders outtta the way be'cose the road africa is headed for, hmmmm...no comment.
