Upgrade processor help

I was looking for a new processor for my computer and i noticed that the FSB speed for the one I want is at 1333 MHz but my old one is at 1066 MHz. My motherboard has the numbers 1066 written on it, does that mean that my motherboard wont support the new processor? It's a Intel Core 2 Duo with a LGA 775 socket.
