Can you help me with this project, that is an activity?

i can't seem to find any "problem situations" for the 3rd graders at our school. we have to come up with these things. so can you help me. we kneed ones like a guy is asking you to help him find his lost dog and needs you to come with him, or your friends want to sneak away from the school at recess. stuff like that. MUST BE AGE APPROPRIATE!!!!!!!!!!!!
