How can you try to move on from someone if you beleive that you two are the perfect match?

Well the basics are that i do think we both belong together but he doesn't exactly notice me out of the crowd and he doesn't exactly love me the way i love him. I'm not very sure that he got the memo that was practically shouted down the whole 7th grade hallway at school that i love him which of course made me hide in my homeroom. he is older than me and he likes some other girl. it hurts to see him love somebody else for me because i had saw him cry over all of these different girls before and i'm always afraid someones going to hurt him again when i believe we belong together and i would never hurt him. please help because i really need help with this. this boy is making me go crazy. i can't ever stop thinking about him. all of my friends keep telling me to move on, but i'm pretty sure that that isn't possible. what do you think. is it even possible?
