Parrot Cichlids Still Hiding?

First of all you have way too many fish for only 10 gallons. This is normal for them to hide for the first few weeks in their new home, the more time you spend around the tank the more comfortable they'll be around you. Also, 72 may be a little cold for them. I know most South American Cichlids like it around 78 - 80 degrees F. Lighting is always good, I give my fish an average of 6 hours of light a day. Well, I hope I was helpful. Good luck.
