What career course should I study?

Im finishing school in about 5 months, and I still have doubts about what to study, and the career to choose. I'm studying pure science subjects at high school, and I really suck at them, and i terribly hate math, physics and chemistry. Im an arts person. I dance really good, I draw like da vinci(well almost), and I have musical ears. I also like photography and taking photographs, and I love fashion design. I also have a huge interest in sport and fitness. So I 1st thought of studying fashion design. then becoming a fitness trainer , and studying fineart. But if i study these what job would I get? what do you think is best for me to study?
