When should i get medical attention for pleurisy?

About a year ago I had bronchitis and since I was coughing so much it lead to pleurisy. This morning when I woke up i had a little pain in my side but I thought it would just go away, It hasn't gone away, it's only gotten worse. I haven't been sick lately but I have been sneezing because of allergies. I don't think there is any underlying condition, it just really hurts. I don't know if I should go to the hospital tonight or wait to see if it goes away or just make an appointment with my family doctor tomorrow. If yall can give me any suggestions I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
