How am i supposed to tell my parents that im gay?

i am 14 years old and i think i am gay/Bi (am attracted to guys ,mostly zac efron ) but i still think girls are hot(not that hot only a bit) shuld i wait till im older and can you tell me about is it to do with your dna or something like that PLEASE HELP ME!
