Plymouth Grand Voyager down 3/4 quart of oil every 2000 miles?

Ok i got this van as my project car..... I have replaced the transmission, new re-manufactured heads, new head gaskets, water pump, and belts plugs wires........ Ect. since this was all done i have put about 11,000 miles on it (over 6 months) i have driven it from Pinellas county Florida to Suffolk county Ny, round trip twice, Doing so i used synthetic oil. now that im back for a while i put manuals recommended oil. and i had the oil changed feb 15 and i put 2,000 miles on it but its down 3/4 Qrt of oil.... Normal? van has 152,000/
