How do you set up fleec bedding in a guinea pig cage ?

I personally love fleece for guinea pigs. I have many different blankets for the 3 pig cages I have, and wash about 1-2 every two weeks. If you only buy one set of fleece, it would be washing 1 time per week. I usually put lots of newspaper down, followed by towels, usually in spots I know get dirty, then I put the fleece. You would want to take all the fleece, towels, and newspaper out once a week to wash, and throw the newpaper away. You would want to wash the towels and blankets in a seperate load from your clothes (duh) and make sure to dry them with no fabric softner. It does not smell at all, much better than all shavings and beddings. I really don't have any cons about it, although you may want to spot check every day or two picking up poops so the cage doesn't get too messy, but that's not even needed.
