It might be something like an aggravated cold - you're putting yourself through a lot. It could also be a sinus infection - symptoms of which are: congestion, fever, sinus pain. Mucus may be sliding down the back of your throat (which would cause your voice change). I would see a doctor because it might also be a flu.
