What will you put over your toddler at night now its getting colder?

I have a 15 month old and up till now she has always slept in sleeping bags. However, Im pondering the autumn/winter and whether to move her to a quilt. Does anyone else use quilts at this age? Would you recommend them? or blankets? or another sleeping bag? Shes quite active so Im a little worried about the bags and her tripping. Ant suggestions would be appreciated
